Job Description:

We are seeking a Salesforce Principal Engineer / Solutions Architect with strong expertise in Salesforce Data Cloud and multi-cloud architecture. The ideal candidate will have deep technical skills, leadership abilities, and a proven track record of designing and implementing enterprise-grade Salesforce solutions.

Must-Have Skills:

• Data Cloud (Mandatory)
• Salesforce Architecture expertise across: Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Field Service, Marketing Cloud, Experience Cloud, Financial Services Cloud, Omni Studio
• Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components development experience
• Salesforce Integrations (SOAP/REST web services, API integrations)
• Strong understanding of data structures, data modeling, and Salesforce data architecture
• Debugging and troubleshooting complex issues
• Release Management and CI/CD experience (GitHub, Copado, etc.)
• Salesforce Certified Technical Architect and/or Certified System Architect

Education:

• High School degree or equivalent combination of education and experience in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related technical discipline.

Essential Functions & Responsibilities:

• Solution Design (35%): Lead solution design to meet business, security, and performance standards.
• Technical Architecture (20%): Create detailed technical architectures, integration strategies, and data flows.
• Stakeholder Collaboration (15%): Work closely with business stakeholders to capture and translate requirements into technical solutions.
• Technology Evaluation (10%): Recommend the best tools, platforms, and approaches.
• System Integration (7%): Ensure seamless integration with third-party systems and tools.
• Customization Oversight (5%): Oversee custom objects, workflows, validation rules, and Apex code development.
• Continuous Improvement (5%): Stay current with Salesforce releases and industry best practices.

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:

• Strong SQL query writing and ad hoc reporting skills.
• Experience in Lightning, Apex, VisualForce, SOQL/SOSL, and Javascript.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to multitask in a high-pressure environment with strict deadlines.
• Strong collaboration skills with developers and business teams.
