Salesforce Solutions Architect
Responsibilities
- Overseeing Development and Implementation: Lead and manage the software development life cycle, ensuring successful delivery and alignment with organizational goals.
- Designing Functional Solutions: Collaborate with stakeholders, design efficient software solutions, and stay updated on industry trends.
- Creating and Configuring New Orgs: Establish and configure new organizational structures, troubleshoot issues, and collaborate with system administrators.
- Code Review: Conduct regular code reviews, provide constructive feedback, and address code quality issues.
- Providing Technical Leadership and Support: Mentor development teams, collaborate with project managers, and address technical challenges for project success.
- Creating Technical Design Documentation: Produce detailed technical design documentation, communicate technical concepts effectively, and maintain documentation.
- Estimating Releases: Work with project managers and teams to estimate release timelines and resource requirements, adjusting estimates as necessary.
Qualifications
- Demonstrated expertise in designing solutions for Salesforce Sales Cloud and Salesforce Service Cloud.
- Minimum of 4 years of hands-on experience in the software development life cycle.
- Proficiency in development using LWC, Apex, and Aura components.
- Over 2 years of experience in Salesforce configuration and implementing CRM systems.
- Thorough understanding of architecture-specific concepts and proven experience in overseeing the direction, development, and implementation of CRM software solutions.
- Strong knowledge of integration practices, including the use of REST API.
- Pre-Sales Experience is a huge plus.
- Bachelor’s degree (or above) in Computer Science or a related field required.
- Professional working proficiency in English.
