Key Responsibilities:
- Design and implement complex Salesforce solutions that meet business requirements, ensuring scalability, performance, and maintainability.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand their requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Provide technical guidance to the development team, ensuring adherence to best practices and coding standards.
- Participate in the full software development lifecycle, including requirements gathering, design, development, testing, and deployment.
- Develop and maintain technical documentation, including design documents, technical specifications, and test plans.
- Work closely with project managers to ensure the successful delivery of projects on time and within budget.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest Salesforce technologies and trends, and provide recommendations for improvements to existing systems.
- Develop and maintain technical documentation, including design documents, technical specifications, and test plans.
- Mentor and train junior developers on Salesforce development best practices.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in Salesforce development.
- Strong technical skills in Salesforce development, including Apex, Visualforce, LWC, and Salesforce APIs.
- Experience with Salesforce integrations and data migration.
- Strong understanding of Salesforce security and data model.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Salesforce certifications such as Salesforce Certified Technical Architect, Salesforce Certified Application Architect, or Salesforce Certified System Architect are required.
- Experience with other enterprise systems such as ERP, CRM, or E-commerce is a plus.
The person need not do hands-on coding. However, he must have Enterprise level experience and coding background in the past so that he can do 2 things:
- Translate the business requirement to developers and help them when they have an issue.
- Talk to business understand their ask, explain why something is not doable and offer alternatives to solve the problem at hand.
- Must be very good in articulating and explaining things.
- Enterprise level Salesforce experience.
- Strong development skills in the past.
- Hands-on Experience in API and Integration in the past.
- Having Salesforce Certified Technical Architect, Salesforce Certified Application Architect, or Salesforce Certified System Architect.
