Key Responsibilities:  

• Design and implement complex Salesforce solutions that meet business requirements, ensuring scalability, performance, and maintainability.  
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand their requirements and translate them into technical solutions.  
• Provide technical guidance to the development team, ensuring adherence to best practices and coding standards.  
• Participate in the full software development lifecycle, including requirements gathering, design, development, testing, and deployment.  
• Develop and maintain technical documentation, including design documents, technical specifications, and test plans.  
• Work closely with project managers to ensure the successful delivery of projects on time and within budget.  
• Stay up-to-date with the latest Salesforce technologies and trends, and provide recommendations for improvements to existing systems.  
• Develop and maintain technical documentation, including design documents, technical specifications, and test plans.  
• Mentor and train junior developers on Salesforce development best practices.  

Qualifications:  

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.  
• Minimum of 7 years of experience in Salesforce development.  
• Strong technical skills in Salesforce development, including Apex, Visualforce, LWC, and Salesforce APIs.  
• Experience with Salesforce integrations and data migration.  
• Strong understanding of Salesforce security and data model.  
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.  
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.  
• Salesforce certifications such as Salesforce Certified Technical Architect, Salesforce Certified Application Architect, or Salesforce Certified System Architect are required.  
• Experience with other enterprise systems such as ERP, CRM, or E-commerce is a plus.  

The person need not do hands-on coding. However, he must have Enterprise level experience and coding background in the past so that he can do 2 things:  

• Translate the business requirement to developers and help them when they have an issue.  
• Talk to business understand their ask, explain why something is not doable and offer alternatives to solve the problem at hand.  
• Must be very good in articulating and explaining things.  
• Enterprise level Salesforce experience.  
• Strong development skills in the past.  
• Hands-on Experience in API and Integration in the past.  
• Having Salesforce Certified Technical Architect, Salesforce Certified Application Architect, or Salesforce Certified System Architect.
