We are looking for an experienced and motivated Senior Enterprise Sales Director with a background in selling solutions and services within the Enterprise space. In this role, you will collaborate with enterprise clients to better understand their problem areas while highlighting Aress's capabilities in providing solutions.

We expect our Senior Enterprise Sales Director to be a thought leader, not just within the sales team but across the organization. You’ll be seen as a mentor, a strategist, and a driving force behind our market expansion efforts. You will educate clients on our diverse service offerings, collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop tailored solutions, and partner with sales and marketing teams to expand our market presence. Our ideal candidate is someone who is passionate about understanding the customer’s business, delivering solutions that exceed expectations, and fostering long-term partnerships. Activities - 

  • Prospect and grow an account list which includes strategic account management, generate new leads, and close sales
  • Proactively seek out and target new customers and new sales opportunities through networking, industry events, market research, and participating in RFPs / RFQs
  • Develop and maintain multiple stakeholder contacts at the right levels within target companies
  • Maintain a robust and up-to-date pipeline, identifying and pursuing existing and upsell opportunities to achieve set revenue quotas
  • Manage the sales cycle for proper pipeline reporting and forecasting purposes
  • Strategically penetrate large enterprise accounts at the C-suite level, leveraging relationships to drive high-value opportunities
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships

Desired Skills and Experience - 

  • Demonstrable 10+ years of technology selling experience 
  • 5+ years of proven experience in enterprise sales, with a track record of consistently achieving or exceeding revenue targets 
  • Experience in closing large deals
  • Experience in managing large pipelines to achieve quarterly and annual targets
  • Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively articulate complex problem statements
  • Open to travel. We believe that people buy from people, and we want you face to face with our prospects.
  • Willingness to attend and represent Aress at key industry events.
  • Ability to work independently as well as readily seek guidance where needed
  • Highly self-motivated and high energy – someone who brings pace to their work
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders both internal and external
