Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary technical point of contact during client onboarding, solution design, and post-launch support
• Architect and implement solutions across highly customizable, multi-tenant ERP applications
• Collaborate with sales, customer success, product, and engineering to ensure seamless delivery and client satisfaction
• Leverage IPaaS platforms (e.g., Boomi, MuleSoft, Workato) and Power Automate to design, build, and support integrations
• Drive infrastructure automation and deployment workflows using modern DevOps tools
• Provide technical guidance, troubleshoot complex implementation issues, and contribute to internal documentation and best practices
• Understand and articulate client requirements and translate them into scalable, reusable solutions

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience as a Solutions Engineer, Implementation Engineer, or similar role in a SaaS, ERP, or cloud-native environment
• Strong understanding of multi-tenant application architecture and complex configuration models
• Experience with integration platforms (IPaaS) and automation tools like Power Automate
• Hands-on experience with infrastructure automation, CI/CD pipelines, and scripting (Terraform, Shell, etc.)
• Ability to manage technical projects and client expectations with professionalism and urgency
• Strong written and verbal communication skills—comfortable leading client conversations and presenting technical concepts to non-technical audiences
