Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Sales Director with extensive expertise in Microsoft technologies to join our team. In this role, you will leverage your technical knowledge and sales acumen to drive business growth by delivering innovative solutions to our clients. You will act as a trusted advisor, bridging the gap between technical capabilities and client needs, while collaborating closely with sales teams and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

  • Industry Knowledge: Deep understanding of Microsoft Infrastructure, including trends, challenges, and opportunities, is essential.
  • Identify and Pursue New Business Opportunities for the Modern Work and Infrastructure Cloud Services Practices: Conduct market research to identify potential clients and new markets. Work with Marketing on Campaigns.
  • Monitor Market Trends: Stay updated on industry trends and competition.
  • Develop and Execute Business Strategies: Work with Modern Work and the Infrastructure Cloud Security Cloud Practice Leads to create and implement strategies to drive growth and revenue.
  • Manage Partnerships and Alliances: Build and maintain relationships with key partners, vendors, and industry leaders, AVI and Microsoft.
  • Collaborate with Internal Teams: Work closely with sales, marketing, recruiting and practices.
  • Build and Maintain Client Relationships: Develop strong, long-lasting relationships with clients.
  • Prepare Business Proposals: Develop and present proposals and present to potential clients and industry leaders

Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor’s or master’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
  • Experience: Several years in business development, sales, or a similar leadership role with a strong background in Microsoft Modern Work and Security. Experience in a Consultant Firm or Microsoft Partner, huge plus.
  • Technical Skills: Understanding of Microsoft solutions such as Azure, Teams, Office 365, and other Microsoft platforms. Extensive experience with Microsoft Modern Work and Infrastructure Cloud Services.
  • Skills: Strong strategic thinking, leadership, relationship-building, and business acumen.
  • Competencies: Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
