REMOTE WORK MODEL EU
One of my Top Global Clients in The EU is hiring for a ServiceNow Solution Consultant to join their long-term project!
We are looking for Consultants that are focused on CSM(Customer Service Management) or ITOM(IT Operations Management for Event Management)
Main Responsibilities:
- Lead the design and implementation of ServiceNow solutions.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyse requirements.
- Develop and maintain the product backlog/roadmaps
- Ensure alignment with business goals and objectives
- Provide technical guidance and support to the development team.
- Define/adjust to requirements of integration with other ServiceNow modules and third-party systems based on specific use cases.
- Build Low Level Design Documentation and estimate the implementation.
- Upgrades management (docs review, awareness sessions, impact analysis, testing)
Requirements:
- Proficiency in ServiceNow platform and CSM module (valid CSA & CSM CIS).
- Ability to translate business requirements into technical specifications and solution architecture
- Proven experience in designing and creating LLD documentation for ServiceNow CSM solution architecture.
- Strong understanding of customer service processes and ServiceNow best practices.
OR
- Proficiency in ServiceNow platform and ITOM Health products (valid CSA and CIS-EM).
- Extensive experience with ServiceNow ITOM Health implementations.
- In-depth knowledge of ITOM processes and ServiceNow best practices.
