Job Title: "ServiceNow Solutions Architect / Lead"  

Location: New York, NY | On-Site  

Duration: Full-Time

Key Responsibilities:

• Responsible for the overall architecture, design, implementation and integrity of the ServiceNow application within the enterprise.
• Lead and deliver requirements, scoping and design workshops, ensuring requirements are well documented.
• Provide expert level support and technical mentoring to implementation team.
• Maintain deep, comprehensive knowledge of ServiceNow’s capabilities and constraints.
• Recognize and develop opportunities to leverage ServiceNow as a platform.
• Scoping and delivering Proof of Concept / Proof of Value engagements with prospects.
• 10+ years IT industry experience and 5+ years of relevant experience from specified domain.
• Knowledge of ITSM, ITAM, ITOM, CSM, BCM applications & integrations, Platform performance and monitoring, Platform upgrades.
• Experience of working within a large enterprise on implementation initiatives.
• Sound Technical knowledge of ServiceNow platform.
• Relevant ServiceNow certification e.g. ServiceNow Certified System Administrator.
• Glide Scripting & Javascript programming experience.
• Web Services, HTML, CSS, XHTML, Workflow and UI development and Service Portal Concepts.
• ITIL certification.
• Working experience in Agile model.
