Solutions Engineer
Job Description
As a Solutions Engineer, you will play a key role in providing technical solutions to our customers and partners. You will be responsible for bridging the gap between business requirements and technical capabilities. This is a customer-facing role, ideal for someone who enjoys solving complex technical problems, engaging with clients, and supporting them through the entire lifecycle of our products, both pre and post-sale.
Responsibilities
- Work closely with sales teams to understand client needs and provide technical support during pre-sales and post-sales engagements.
- Develop customized & creative solutions that align with the client's business goals and ensure seamless integration with their systems.
- Troubleshoot technical issues and provide ongoing support for implementation and integration projects.
- Communicate technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Collaborate with the development team to define technical requirements for custom solutions.
- Stay up to date with e-commerce industry trends and emerging technologies.

At this time we are seeking NY-based candidates or candidates who can commute to our office in New York City. Our employees work in a flexible hybrid model and are expected to be in the office 2 times per week.
