Role Overview:

​

As a Solutions Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the sales team by delivering technical demonstrations, addressing client requirements, and ensuring seamless integrations. Your expertise will help drive confidence in Gravity's platform and accelerate deal velocity.

​

What You'll Do:

​

• Conduct engaging product demonstrations tailored to customer needs.  
• Work closely with Account Executives to understand customer pain points and provide technical solutions.  
• Assist in RFP responses and solution documentation.  
• Collaborate with product and engineering teams to translate customer feedback into feature enhancements.  
• Support onboarding and implementation discussions with new customers.

What We're Looking For:

​

• 3+ years of experience in a sales engineering, solutions consulting, or technical pre-sales role.  
• Strong technical acumen with experience in SaaS, cloud technologies, or enterprise software.  
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.  
• Ability to distill complex technical concepts into simple, compelling narratives.  
• Experience working with government agencies or in the GovTech space is a plus.
