As a Solutions Engineer, you'll work closely with partners to understand their business needs and bridge the gap between engineering and business teams. This is a full-remote role offering flexibility in hours and the opportunity to work with cutting-edge technology.

Key Responsibilities:  

• Collaborate with partners to understand their business models and technical requirements, proposing tailored solutions.  
• Guide partners through the entire product lifecycle, from pre-sales support and troubleshooting to release and implementation.  
• Maintain expertise in the company’s technology by gaining hands-on experience in design and development, including creating use cases and proof-of-concept solutions.  
• Work cross-functionally with product and engineering teams to provide valuable feedback on usability and feature development.  
• Support and communicate effectively with partners throughout the engagement process.  

What We’re Looking For:  

• A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related fields.  
• 5+ years of experience in solutions engineering, sales engineering, or technical consulting roles, preferably within the Web3 space.  
• Comfortable leading discussions with partners, providing both technical and business insight.  
• Prior experience with Web3 business models and technical solutions is highly preferred.  
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to clearly explain complex technical concepts.
