We’re hiring on behalf of one of the most innovative synthetic media startups in the AI space. Backed by top-tier VCs, this company is redefining how humans interact with AI—through scalable, hyper-realistic video avatars that feel as authentic as a real conversation.
This isn’t your average support role. This is an opportunity to become the technical linchpin for a platform powering AI-generated video at scale across industries like healthcare, education, sales, and recruiting.
As a Support Engineer, you’ll work with both self-serve developers and enterprise clients, helping them build, troubleshoot, and scale AI-powered video experiences. You’ll be directly responsible for removing technical roadblocks, shaping developer resources, and contributing to an amazing end-to-end developer experience.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Unblock builders – Go beyond ticket answering. Your mission is to eliminate friction for devs and help them ship faster.
- Debug in real-time – Troubleshoot API integrations, resolve production issues, and create scalable technical solutions.
- Create resources – Build sample apps, code snippets, and internal tools to streamline integration and enablement.
- Own technical enablement – Guide teams through best practices for integrating with the platform—think onboarding to production and everything in between.
- Spot and solve patterns – Identify common developer issues and proactively address them by improving documentation or automation.
- Act as a bridge – Communicate directly with engineering to flag recurring bugs or product feedback and help drive long-term fixes.
- Champion devs – Support the growth of a developer community by being hands-on and solution-first.
Who We’re Looking For
- Strong development background — able to build and debug full-stack applications (JavaScript/TypeScript or Python preferred).
- Previous experience in a technical support, solutions engineering, or dev-rel-adjacent role is ideal.
- Customer-first approach — you take pride in helping others succeed and can clearly explain complex technical issues.
- Resourceful and autonomous — you’re someone who fixes the problem, not just the symptoms.
- Ability to juggle multiple tickets, priorities, and client needs without missing a beat.
- Bonus: Familiarity with AI/ML, video processing, or synthetic media is a major plus.
