We’re seeking a Solution Engineer with strong technical expertise and excellent communication skills to join our dynamic team and help bridge the gap between technology and business value. Job Summary
As a Solution Engineer, you’ll work closely with our Sales, Product, and Customer Success teams to understand client requirements and design tailored solutions using our platform. You’ll be a trusted advisor to customers, helping them achieve their goals with the right technical approach.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the Sales and Customer Support team to understand client needs and map them to technical solutions.
- Engage with customers to understand their business needs and technical requirements.
- Deliver compelling product demos, presentations, and proofs of concept.
- Design customized solutions using our platform/products.
- Perform integration with third-party systems using HL7 (2.x/3.x), REST APIs, and other standard protocols.
- Ensure secure network and system configurations during implementations.
- Work with Product and Engineering teams to communicate customer feedback and prioritize enhancements.
- Provide technical guidance throughout the pre-sales cycle.
- Provide pre-sales and occasional post-sales support.
- Support smooth handoff to implementation and support teams post-sale.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- 2+ years of experience in a Solution Engineering, Sales Engineering, or Technical Consultant role.
- Strong understanding of cloud platforms, HL7 protocols (especially HL7 v2.x), RESTful APIs, and system-to-system integrations.
- Ability to configure secure network environments (VPNs, firewalls, certificates).
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to communicate complex technical topics to non-technical audiences.
- Experience creating solution diagrams, technical documentation, and presentations.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and a customer-first mindset.
