Role Summary

We're searching for a Solutions Engineer to join the team in the Netherlands. As a key technical link between customers and internal teams, you'll play a critical role in designing, integrating, and delivering tailored EV charging solutions for partners, businesses, and large-scale projects. This position requires both strong technical expertise and excellent communication skills, ensuring products and services meet customer needs while driving the adoption of clean mobility across the Benelux region.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary technical point of contact for customers, partners, and internal sales teams.
• Translate customer requirements into technical solutions using the EV charging hardware and software portfolio.
• Provide technical pre-sales support, including solution design, product demonstrations, and proposal input.
• Lead technical integration discussions with customers (back-end systems, OCPP, energy management, etc.).
• Support installation partners and field engineers with commissioning, troubleshooting, and system validation.
• Work closely with Product Management and R&D teams to provide feedback from the field.
• Deliver training sessions and workshops for partners, installers, and customers.
• Ensure solutions are compliant with local grid requirements, standards, and regulations.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a related technical field.
• 3+ years of experience in a technical solutions, applications engineering, technical support or pre-sales engineering role (preferably in EV charging, battery storage, or smart mobility).
• Strong understanding of electrical systems, communication protocols, and system integration.
• Ability to bridge commercial and technical discussions with diverse stakeholders.
• Fluent in Dutch and English.
• Willingness to travel across the Netherlands and occasionally within Europe.
