We’re already working with half of the e-shops in the Czech and Slovak markets and are rapidly expanding into Poland, DACH, the UK, and beyond. As we scale, we’re looking for a talented Solutions Engineer to help our customers integrate and maximize the value of Luigi’s Box solutions. 🚀

🧑‍💻 About The Role

As a Solutions Engineer, you’ll play a key role in ensuring a seamless integration process for our customers. You’ll become an expert in Luigi’s Box products, APIs, and platform connectors, enabling you to effectively guide clients through technical implementations. While a strong technical background is essential, this is not a development role, and coding will be minimal. Instead, your focus will be on communication, problem-solving, and customer success.

Your responsibilities will span multiple stages of the customer lifecycle:

  • Pre-sales support – Join near-final stage sales calls to answer technical questions and assess feasibility.
  • Integration support – Act as the designated technical contact, translating customer needs into tailored technical solutions.
  • Project ownership – Oversee API-based integrations, ensuring smooth execution and timely completion.

We value structure and traceability, so for each customer, you will:

  • Maintain a detailed onboarding document, capturing key requirements and decisions.
  • Keep project statuses updated in our internal management system.

Additionally, You Will

  • Collect and escalate customer feedback, flagging pain points and feature requests to internal service teams.
  • Continuously update internal and external documentation (docs.luigisbox.com) to ensure clarity and completeness.

💻 Tech You’ll Work With

  • Luigi’s Box APIs
  • Various e-commerce platforms (e.g., Shopify, SAP, custom-built solutions)

Must-haves

💫 What Makes You a Great Fit

  • Proven experience in a technical, customer-facing role (e.g., Solutions Engineer, Technical Consultant, or similar).
  • Strong understanding of APIs and integration processes.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and keep track of details.
  • Fluency in English; German is a plus.
  • Fluency in Polish

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience with e-commerce platforms and integrations.
  • Knowledge of Luigi’s Box solutions or similar search and recommendation technologies.

🕘 Working Hours

We expect availability from 9:00-17:00 CEST, aligning with customer needs. Occasional flexibility may be required to accommodate international clients.
