Join a transformation team as a Targetprocess SME where you'll lead the design and development of views, configurations, and integrations that support scaled Agile delivery across multiple portfolios. You’ll partner with Agile teams, Product Managers, and Release Train Engineers to configure, enhance, and scale our Targetprocess environment—ensuring it supports streamlined delivery, financial visibility, and executive reporting.

Responsibility:

• Design and build epic-level and feature-level Kanban boards that align with scaled agile practices.
• Create custom views tailored to specific roles on the release train: POPMs, RTEs, Scrum Teams, Executives, etc.
• Develop financial and budget tracking views in Targetprocess to support portfolio-level planning.
• Serve as an advisor on tool configuration architecture and best practices.
• Document and maintain user guides, design decisions, and best practices for tool governance and consistency.
• Leverage JSON customization to create advanced views and dashboards.
• Support and evolve integrations with external systems like Azure DevOps and Jira.
• Opportunity to work cross-functionally with other platforms and tools like Apptio, Azure DevOps, and internal project intake databases.
• Get involved in adjacent initiatives that support organizational transformation and tooling maturity.

Required Experience:

• Proven experience as a Targetprocess SME or Admin, especially in scaled Agile environments.
• Strong skills in Kanban board configuration, custom view creation, and persona-based dashboard development.
• Ability to advise on technical architecture and process alignment across complex teams and portfolios.

Preferred Experience:

• Experience with Targetprocess API integrations or data syncs with external tools like Azure DevOps or Jira.
• Familiarity with Azure DevOps process template customization and management.
• Developer mindset or background is a plus – while not required, we’re open to supplementing with dev support if needed.
