Required Skills & Experience

• 3+ years of hands-on experience developing and managing Workday integrations  

• Strong proficiency with Workday Studio, EIBs, and Core Connectors  

• Experience designing, developing, and maintaining integrations using Workday REST/SOAP APIs, XML, and XSLT  

• Ability to configure and maintain Workday business processes, security roles, calculated fields, and custom reports  

• Understanding of IT security, SOX compliance, and organizational standards  

• Familiarity with Workday modules such as HCM, Finance, Payroll, and Time Tracking  

• Advanced Excel and SQL skills for data analysis and troubleshooting

• Workday Certification in Integration or relevant module  

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field

Job Description

​

As a Workday Technical and Integrations Specialist, you’ll design, develop, and maintain integrations between Workday and other systems using Workday Studio, EIBs, Core Connectors, and APIs. You’ll configure business processes, security roles, and custom reports, partner with business analysts and vendors to deliver technical solutions, and serve as a technical SME during upgrades and implementations. You’ll optimize integration processes, ensure compliance with IT security and SOX standards, and maintain technical documentation to support robust, scalable, and secure Workday solutions.

Compensation:

​

$40/hr -$49/hr  

Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.
