About the Role

We’re looking for a Business Operations Associate to join our team and work cross-functionally alongside our founder to support our rapid growth.

In this role, you will use your analytical abilities, communication skills, and project management experience to manage day-to-day operations and help inform our business strategy. In addition to managing day-to-day operational efficiency as we continue to scale our business, you will work on ad hoc projects to inform our product roadmap, better understand our customers, and push forward other key initiatives.

You must be comfortable and excited by working as an individual contributor at the start (amongst a collaborative, highly-motivated team), and should also be excited by the opportunity to build out your team as we grow.

This is a full-time position.

Location: Philadelphia, PA

You will:

• Manage 3PL and fulfillment to customers and retail partners
• Develop & improve on internal operations and processes, continuously thinking of ways to increase efficiency within our supply chain, particularly as the business scales
• Analyze consumer insights to help inform marketing strategies
• Creatively solve emergent challenges with short-term manual hacks, while having the foresight to understand how longer-term automated solutions could be implemented, and driving the roadmap for this
• Analyze sales trends to forecast cadence of future purchase orders and demand across SKU distribution
• Support new product launches and updates within Shopify
• Report on and evolve our KPIs to quantify and report on progress toward growth goals
• Work collaboratively with Marketing, Customer Experience, Product and our external partners to scale our operations stack
• Jump in wherever needed to grow our brand and further our mission
