The Chief of Staff will report directly to the Co-Founder & Executive Chairman to partner on strategic initiatives impacting 400+ team members across the Operations, R&D, and People organizations. You will also drive the company’s annual and quarterly planning process, as well the weekly cadence of reporting & decision-making within the leadership team.

We are looking for a strategic thought partner who is ready to have impact on day one, driving business needs forward. The CoS will work on a variety of initiatives for the Executive Chairman with a primary focus on projects related to maximizing the output of our people as it relates to our annual objectives, and leading on special projects that propel our business forward.


- Execute strategic projects across Ops, R&D, and People with a high degree of autonomy. Design, iterate on, and manage the company’s annual and quarterly planning process.- Design, iterate on, and manage the company’s weekly cadence of leadership meetings. Optimize the flow of information & decisions up and down the chain. Representing the Executive Chairman in meetings.- Create leverage by facilitating awareness of key issues, and making rapid, high-quality decisions.


- Self-starter: Can work independently with little oversight, able to execute tasks and projects in an environment with competing demands. Explores opportunities and makes sound decisions to move a project forward. - Force multiplier: Works hard to understand and represent the perspective of the Executive Chairman in discussions. Thinks proactively about how best to create leverage. Strategic advisor: Strong business acumen. Highly analytical. Uses systems thinking skills to advise GM on strategic initiatives.- High Emotional intelligence: People oriented, relationship builder, works well with different people types.
