I’m a sales engineering leader with over 20 years’ experience spanning all phases of the sales cycle from pre-sales and solutions architecture to enterprise account management and customer success. Across my career I’ve grown revenue both as an individual contributor and as a leader of engaged sales engineering teams to accelerate sales cycles, strengthen customer relationships and enhance product offerings throughout the Americas, EMEA and APAC. I’ve collaborated extensively with executive leaders to architect complex technical SaaS, UCaaS and DaaS solutions for Fortune 500 companies such as British Telecom, Deutsch Telecom, Paychex, PNC Bank, Verizon, Telstra and Reliance.
