Reporting to the Salsify's President, I lead a Global PreSales team of 20+ supporting world-wide sales. Sales Engineering teams cover mid-market, enterprise, & strategic Sales in North America, EMEA, LATAM, & APAC. Commerce Strategy (Value Engineering/Industry) provides strategic, consultative joint-business plans & business cases that allow customers to expand footprint & usage of Salsify across their operating units and regions.

Organizational Structure (roles, specialization, overlays, alignment to Sales/AM functions)
Technology Stack (PreSales tools, recommended providers)
Compensation (building comp plans, spiffs, incentives, motivation, and overall org alignment)
