Description:

  •  Spearhead the sales and business development strategies for company's product line, ensuring they are in sync with our engineering objectives and market needs.
  •  Unearth and secure new business prospects, propelling the long-term growth and profitability of our antenna product lines, with a special focus on breaking new accounts.
  •  Nurture and expand business relationships with key decision-makers, emphasizing the value of our engineering expertise.
  •  Oversee account management and foster customer relationships across diverse market channels, with an emphasis on engineering solutions.
  •  Formulate an annual sales blueprint, inclusive of targets, a comprehensive record of wins/losses, potential opportunities, and threats.
  •  Champion the acquisition of new business, leveraging our engineering capabilities to meet customer needs.
  •  Engage in contract discussions and oversee the management of both existing and new customer agreements, ensuring they align with our engineering goals.
  •  Implement a metrics-driven approach to team evaluations and measurements.
  •  Direct online, website, and tradeshow marketing strategies/campaigns, showcasing our engineering prowess.
  •  Perform additional duties as required, all in the service of promoting our engineering objectives and breaking new accounts.

Additional Skills & Qualifications:

  •  Possession of a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or equivalent experience.
  •  Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in the aerospace sector, with a focus on commercial and military aircraft antennas, including comprehensive knowledge of antenna technologies, their applications, and market trends.
  •  Proven history of successful sales and relationship management in the aerospace sector, with an emphasis on aircraft antenna systems.
  •  Understanding of pertinent aerospace standards and certifications, such as FAA/EASA requirements, particularly as they relate to antenna systems.
  •  Proven ability to expand product and service sales across various market channels.
  •  Experience in negotiating contracts/Long Term Agreements (LTAs).
  •  Strong financial and business insight.
  •  Capability to deliver technical presentations to diverse audiences.
  •  Collaboration with other functional leaders to achieve business objectives.
  •  Proactive in learning and adapting work methods to complete tasks in a timely manner.
  •  Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively at all organizational levels.
  •  Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
  •  Ability to inspire and lead teams, while managing multiple projects concurrently.
  •  Ability to interpret various documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.
  •  Must be organized, adaptable, and able to thrive in a fast-paced, manufacturing environment.
  •  Willingness to travel at least 25% of the time as required
