Title: Director / AVP Sales
Work Authorization: US Citizen / Green Card Holder
Salary Range: 130-140k
Job Description:
● Lead, manage, and motivate a team of Sales Development Representatives to achieve sales goals and objectives.
● Develop and implement strategies for generating leads and building pipeline value through outbound campaigns.
● Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to ensure alignment on lead generation and qualification processes.
● Analyze data and market trends to identify new opportunities for lead generation and optimize existing campaigns.
● Mentor and coach individual team members to help them reach their full potential and achieve their career goals.
● Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and remove obstacles that are hindering sales performance.
Required Experience:
● 7+ years of experience in inside sales, with a minimum of 3 years in a leadership role.
● Proven track record of successfully running outbound lead generation initiatives for the US geography.
● Experience managing teams of 10 individuals, with a demonstrated ability to lead and motivate a sales team.
● Strong analytical skills and experience using data to drive sales strategies and decisions.
● Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
● Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
● Proven experience of extensively using CRMs and high analytical ability
