About Our Client

Our client’s mission is to create opportunity for all through mobility. The innovative, supplemental school transportation solutions are utilized by over 600 school districts, charter schools, nonprofits, government agencies, as well as busy families to safely and reliably transport kids to their destinations.

Student transportation is the largest mass transit system in the U.S. The way kids commute to and from school directly impacts children, families, schools, and communities. While school districts allocate $28 billion annually to transportation, only 30% of kids use bus services. The current system falls short in meeting the transportation needs of districts, schools, and families, leading to inequities in educational access for millions of kids daily.

Our client takes a unique approach to providing safe, dependable school transportation that fills gaps and supplements existing options, catering to individualized transportation needs.

Company Culture

The partnerships with school districts, child welfare agencies, and nonprofits ensure equitable educational access for vulnerable populations such as youth in foster care, children experiencing homelessness, and students with disabilities.

Innovation, operational expertise, and a passion for providing safe transportation enable us to empower kids to reach their full potential by ensuring they can access opportunities through reliable transportation.

An Exciting Workplace

The company's culture has been widely acknowledged, being listed among Fast Company’s Most Innovative Companies, as well as recognized on Best Places to Work lists from Built In LA, Comparably, Inc., and the Los Angeles Business Journal. The company has also been featured as a Best Company for Professional Development and appeared on the Best CEO and Best CEOs for Women lists.

A Rapidly Growing Company

Initially founded by three moms to address their transportation challenges, The Hiring Company now operates across over 13 states nationwide. With a track record of rapid expansion, the company has been listed four times on the Inc. 5000 and the Deloitte 500 Fast-Growing Technology list. To date, The Hiring Company has secured $100M in funding.
