Responsibilities

​

• Translate business requirements into functional use
• Collaborate and or act as business analysts and project managers to define scope and goals, track milestones, delegate priorities, and report regularly to senior management
• Ensure data integrity and quality in database systems
• Conveys customer feedback to product development staff
• Develops and delivers hands on technical training & documentation for clients
• Develop database functions, scripts, stored procedures and triggers to support application implementation and data analysis
• Provide technical assistance to resolve all database and application issues related to performance, capacity and access
• Promotes and maintains a high quality, professional, service-oriented company image among users

​

Qualifications

​

• 2-4+ yrs experience in a technology-oriented company or functional role
• Proficiency in back-end tools: SQL Server databases, DMS (iManage or NetDocs), Active Directory, Data warehousing and ETL, and Azure & AWS
• Excellent understanding of data security best practices
• Familiarity with information architecture and governance in the legal space
• Results oriented, resourceful, and comfortable working under tight deadlines with internal and external customers
• Excellent PC skills including MS Office - Word, Excel and PowerPoint
