Sales Director - Aimhire.io

The Sales Director will be expected to proactively prospect, nurture and qualify new business opportunities in our target clients group and work closely with clients to understand and identify their needs and challenges from a technology and financial services perspective. The Sales Director will also be expected to develop a strong understanding of practices and capabilities and recommend solutions to our clients, working with our practice leads and subject matter experts.

Skills and Experience

  • Proven experience in sales with a track record of building pipeline and closing business in a services-focused firm.
  • Good understanding of the the Financial Services landscape and where new business opportunities lie.
  • Experience in lead generation using a multitude of channels (i.e LinkedIn, phone, email and through industry events)
  • A strong understanding of managing client accounts, resourcing and people management
  • Excellent presentation and articulate communication skills.
