The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in B2B sales, strong leadership skills, and a deep understanding of managing a sales team focused on new business sales. The Sales Director will be responsible for developing and executing strategic sales plans, managing key client relationships, and driving revenue growth.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the Sales teams' operations and strategies. By researching market trends and conducting competitor analysis, you will develop and implement sales strategies.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement sales strategies
  • Manage business development of top tier clients
  • Collaborate with the executive team to develop and manage the sales budget

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in B2B commercial sales leadership focused on new business acquisition.
  • 5+ years' of sales leadership experience
  • 10+ years' of experience in sales
