Salesforce Sales Director – Up to 300k OTE

As a Sales Director for a Salesforce Partner you will be responsible for creating and executing a Sales strategy to grow my clients Salesforce business working independently as well as with Business Unit Leaders and Sales teams across this global organization.

• Executing account strategy and sales pursuits to realize growth for my clients Saleforce business & practice.
• Establish and promote the brand awareness and market our service offerings in Salesforce ecosystem and Salesforce sales team.
• Generate leads and build pipeline through personal network, rolodex and various Salesforce partnership channels.
• Engage in prospecting and lead generation using personal network and other variety of channels, including direct networking, social media, industry networking events, and referrals.
• Take ownership of the overall sales pursuits from identifying and qualifying opportunities from discovery to close.
• Leverage existing relationships within the Salesforce ecosystem to expedite market penetration.

Requirements:

​

• 15+ years of experience in selling IT consulting, professional services, outsourced development and implementation services including 5+ years Salesforce experience.
• Have existing relationships within the Salesforce ecosystem to help jumpstart both conversations and go to market.
• Proven experience in technology sales or a similar role.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
• Self-motivated and result oriented.
