Radiant Logic Introduction

Radiant Logic, the identity data experts, helps organizations turn identity data into a strategic asset that drives automated governance, enhanced security, and operational efficiency. Our RadiantOne Identity Data Platform removes complexity as a roadblock to identity-first strategies by creating an authoritative data source for real-time, context-aware controls. We provide visibility and actionable insights to intelligently detect and remediate risk using AI/ML-powered identity analytics. With RadiantOne, organizations can tap into the wealth of information across the infrastructure, combining context and analytics to deploy governance that works for the most advanced use cases. It’s a radically simple approach.

All this is enabled by our team of first-class people. Our headquarters are in San Rafael, CA, with an office in Paris, France, and team members around the globe.

The Opportunity

The Technical Partner Solution Engineer’s role is to provide technical support and ongoing relationship management for commercial software product vendors partnering with Radiant Logic. Radiant Logic engages in these technical partnerships to increase commercial awareness of the RadiantOne solutions and generate customer opportunities through the integration, support, and co-marketing of RadiantOne with strategic vendor products that benefit from integration with RadiantOne. These third-party vendor products are primarily in the Identity Management space and may themselves be; sources of identity data that enhances the reach of RadiantOne solutions, or consumers of RadiantOne provided data that showcase the benefits of integration, or both.

In parallel to the initiation of and maintenance of these technical partner relationships, the TPSE will create and maintain a series of environments that serve both to support integration and demonstration efforts with software product vendors and, if applicable, utilized for the development, testing, and maintenance of “Connectors” between RadiantOne and these third party vendor products.

  •  Work with designated Junior TPSE to setup, refresh, and maintain Technology Partner product environments to support Custom Object connector development and lifecycle management.
