Responsibilities

​

• Oversee Cloud's Top 10 client accounts as the main point of contact
• Proactively assess strategic solutions and trends for changing customer requirements
• Collaborate with the sales team in supporting the productivity and profitability of Cloud revenue targets
• Collaborate with sales, delivery, and engineering resources to ensure implemented projects accurately address customer needs 
• Identify and propose strategic solution designs and implementation services

Requirements

​

• Over 5 years of experience in a similar role
• IBM Power and Storage Technical and Sales experience 
• Proven track record in Large account IBM Power Pre-Sales / Solutions Design 
• Deep level of knowledge of IBM versions (compatibilities with Power Hardware)
• Knowledge of OS & HW Characteristics
• Knowledge of Intel Cloud Offerings (RAM / IP Sec Tunnel)
• Knowledge of System Attributes (performance)
• Knowledge of the Industry Players, Disaster Recovery and Managed Services
• Full understanding of IBM Power Virtualization / VIO (a plus)
• Facility to overcome objections and mapping out solutions (customer facing)
