Description

Our client in the life sciences industry is looking to use Smartsheet to manage their IT Project Management Office (PMO) and their customer-facing Project Management group. The customer-facing PM group works closely with their clients to shepherd their drug development and manufacturing projects through their respective lifecycles.

​

They have already procured the Smartsheet Advance Gold version, which includes unlimited blueprints, Control Center, and the Resource Management module.

​

The ideal candidate will have experience in IT project management and is familiar with configuring and setting up the Control Central functionality in Smartsheet. The candidate should have experience in project management, business analysis, and data analysis. They should be able to simplify processes and ensure continuity and similarities in project management methodologies.

​

Additionally, experience with resource management and familiarity with Smartsheet templates would be beneficial.

​

The job would involve setting up blueprints, managing budgets and resources, and producing usable reports.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

Smartsheet Administration Certification is a plus.
