Director of US Channel Sales | Boston, MA | Full Time | Hybrid | $150,000 + OTE ($100k)

📞Then I have the opportunity for you! 📞

You will be working within a global SaaS company (you will most likely be familiar with them!) who are the leader in what they do. They are looking to upscale the company in the next two years and are looking to grow and enhance their Channel Sales team.

They are looking for someone who has an eye for seeking opportunities and developing relationships with their clients. You will be overseeing a team of Channel Sales Executives and working closely with their Commercial AE team. You will be providing an impact regarding their Playbook, providing campaigns and content to increase their ARR.

Responsibilities

  • Enhancing relationships with existing partnerships
  • Expanding your presence within large industries
  • Prospect clients and understand their needs
  • Budget and allocate resources efficiently to maximize outcomes

Qualifications

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite and customer relationship management software (Salesforce)
  • Understanding of the Microsoft ecosystem
  • Demonstrated ability to set goals and achieve them
  • Experience with outbound sales and discovering new prospects (cold calling/lead generation)
  • Strong communication skills and understanding of the sales process
  • A desire to grow and develop your own client portfolio
  • Leadership Experience isn't a must
