Responsibilities:

  • Pre-sales and post-sales activities in alignment with the Product Strategy for their respective countries in APAC region. Follow through on projects including planning and management
  • Constantly identifying, develop and explore new business opportunities with the customer to address the fast-emerging market need
  • Responsible for tender/RFQ/RFP and provide support throughout project lifecycle
  • Coordinate closely with both internal and external stakeholders from project planning to deployment stage by ensuring timeline are met.
  • Responsible for gathering technical requirement and developing cost-effective design solution for customers
  • Prepare and report regular updates to track key projects
  • Actively involved in engaging industry stakeholders in the power solution sector to identify the customer needs and propose a solution
  • Perform a study and provide insight into competitor and market landscape analysis
  • State product performance and characteristics to customers from a technical perspective
  • Be familiar with the technical route, technical standards, technical parameters, and technical specifications of products
  • Be familiar with product-related hardware, software, interconnection, app, and other principles and logic
  • To respond to customer calls to troubleshoot technical problems of equipment, on-site inspection, and attend emergency repairs, to achieve customers’ satisfaction in turnaround time and minimize downtime

Requirements:

  • Higher Diploma / Degree in Electrical Engineering & or other relevant Engineering qualifications
  • Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in the related industry; junior candidate will be considered as well
  • Experienced in handling power devices / power electronics / communication modules / electrical wirings
  • Possess good analytical and problem-solving skills, exceptional interpersonal skills, attention to detail
  • Candidate with sales experience will be an advantage.
  • Ability to present ideas in a clean & user-friendly way
  • Results-oriented, self-driven, and a team player
