The Presales Engineer Analyst

The Presales Engineer Analyst provides technical support to the outside sales team. In conjunction with sales staff, meets with prospective and current customers to ascertain and meet telecommunications needs relating to software solutions and other products and services offered by the company.

Primary Responsibilities

• Provides domain expertise to prospect and customer sales engagements
• Assists in developing relevant solutions based on company’s products and services to meet prospect requirements
• Identifies and documents prospect requirements as necessary for product or service Statements of Work and Proposals
• Provides effective demonstrations explaining products and services to qualified opportunities

Requirements

• Four-year degree or equivalent in Business, Computer Science, MIS, or related field
• 3+ years’ experience in communications service provider operations or sales engineering for supplier to communications service providers
• 3+ years' experience in BSS/OSS and supporting software in the CSP Industry
• Ability to travel 30-50% per as needed
