Halian is looking for a Presales Engineer with the following profile:

Your Responsibilities

​

Pre-sales

​

• Identify opportunities to develop Managed Services/IT Projects portfolio in the European Market 
• Create and maintain a strong relationship with clients and partners via scheduled recurring meetings 
• Existing and potential new customer profiling in IT European Market 
• Existing IT Product providers relationship management 
• IT Vendor Management 
• Implement Best Pre-Sales Practices 
• Identify and analyse different client projects for up and cross selling opportunities

Tenders & Contracts management

​

• Contribute in technical and functional writing in RFP / RFI with the Bid Manager 
• Write, revise and improve technical content response to ensure readability and compliance, without distorting original intent 
• Manage Technical Support Teams to complement bid Management in formulating proposals 
• Create the Bill of material for proposals 
• Participate in the review tenders’ financial proposals 
• Responsible for contracts transition 
• Participate in periodic contract governance committee (ie. monthly review)

Your Qualifications

​

Pre-sales

​

• Pre-sales experience in the European Union IT sector 
• Knowledge of the European Union IT market 
• Excellent client and service solutions orientation with exquisite commercial mindset 
• Exceptional inter-personal and communication skills 
• Experienced in IT solution Lifecycle both for Software and infrastructure 
• Knowledge in Cloud (e.g. Azure, AWS, Hybrid cloud) and IT Security platforms

Tenders & Contracts management

​

• Experience of responding to technical sections of RFP’s / RFI’s 
• Must be able to understand and communicate clearly, negotiate, mitigate conflict, build alliances and achieve desired results using strong interpersonal skills 

​

IT Experience / Operations

​

• Hold an ITIL certification 
• Own extensive experience in managing a portfolio or program management office including large scale IT programs 
• Strong experience of delivering proposals for managed IT services to business organizations 
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to solve complex demands in a structured way of working 
• Demonstrated ability to work with multiple internal cross-functional teams and successfully manage multiple prospects and demands simultaneously

Languages required

​

• Fluency in English and Greek 

​

​

• Ability to work successfully both autonomously as well as within teams 
• Ability to set priorities, be flexible and accurate 
• Excellent oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills 
• Must be highly organized and self-motivated 
• Strong organizational skills and internal driven to see tasks through to completion
