ServiceNow Solutions Engineer - 24518
CEI's Fortune 50 Client is a world leader in Media and Communications, and they are adding a ServiceNow Solutions Engineer to their remote team.
- Long-term contract with potential for permanent conversion
- 100% Remote position (M-F 8am - 5pm EST)

Responsibilities:
- Solution Design: Collaborate with clients and stakeholders to understand business requirements and design innovative solutions using the ServiceNow platform.
- Platform Configuration: Configure and customize ServiceNow applications, modules, workflows, and integrations to meet client specifications and deliver optimal user experience.
- Technical Implementation: Lead technical implementation efforts, including system configuration, data migration, and deployment of ServiceNow solutions in client environments.
- Integration Development: Develop and maintain integrations between ServiceNow and third-party systems, leveraging APIs, web services, and other integration technologies.
- Custom Development: Design and develop custom applications, scripts, and enhancements to extend the functionality of the ServiceNow platform and address unique client requirements.
- Technical Documentation: Create comprehensive technical documentation, including design documents, specifications, configuration guides, and user manuals, to support solution delivery and knowledge transfer.
- Quality Assurance: Conduct thorough testing and validation of ServiceNow solutions to ensure accuracy, reliability, and performance in accordance with industry best practices and client expectations.
- Deployment Support: Provide technical support and assistance during solution deployment, user acceptance testing (UAT), and post-implementation activities to ensure successful adoption and satisfaction.
- Continuous Improvement: Stay updated on latest ServiceNow features, capabilities, and best practices, and proactively identify opportunities for process improvement, optimization, and innovation.
Qualifications:
- ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) certification or equivalent experience.
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in ServiceNow platform administration, configuration, and development.
- Proficiency in ServiceNow platform components, including IT Service Management (ITSM), IT Operations Management (ITOM), and IT Business Management (ITBM).
- Strong understanding of ServiceNow architecture, data model, and security concepts.
- Experience with ServiceNow scripting languages (JavaScript, GlideScript), web technologies (HTML, CSS), and relational databases (SQL, MySQL).
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot complex issues and propose effective solutions.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with clients, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver results in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
