In today’s economic climate, there are many stresses that have fallen upon leaders; these changes have caused many organizations to look at reorgs and RIF’s for their companies. The process of a RIF looks different at every company but the emotional toll that it can take on leaders can not be understated.



In this workshop, we will be looking at the brass tacks of layoffs and discuss ways in which we can manage through the storm, as well as talk about how to take care of yourself and your team. We will be doing an interactive session on fielding team questions where the audience will have an opportunity to ask questions they have received or think they will receive from their team.
