The PreSales Collective is thrilled to announce a new addition to the team: Liz Anderson, who will be taking on the role of Director of Learning for both PSC and PreSales Academy. With her extensive experience in PreSales and a passion for enabling others, Liz brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to our organization.

As Director of Learning, Liz brings with her a set of ambitious goals. She is excited to build upon the exceptional work already accomplished, focusing on enabling new Solutions professionals and leaders within the industry. Liz envisions PSC programs as transformative forces, striving to elevate the standards of PreSales and manager enablement. Her aim is for these programs to become the go-to resources for anyone embarking on a PreSales career or seeking growth as a PreSales leader.

Liz’s involvement with the PreSales Collective and PreSales Academy began almost at its inception. She played a crucial role as a panelist at the inaugural Leadership Next conference and has continued to contribute to various events since then. Additionally, Liz has been a proud member of the PreSales Leadership Collective since its establishment. Her connection to the PreSales Academy goes even deeper, as she had the privilege of hiring a graduate from the program’s first cohort. Liz has also served as a coach and mentor in PSA multiple times and had the honor of delivering commencement speeches on two separate occasions.

Professionally, Liz has dedicated the past decade to the world of PreSales, showcasing her talents across a diverse range of companies. For the past four years, Liz has made significant contributions at Slack, where she led a highly successful team of SEs. Guiding and mentoring others has always been a driving force for Liz, be it by helping individuals forge solid foundations for their PreSales careers or helping aspiring managers in transitioning to leadership roles.

In her own words, Liz encapsulates her dedication to nurturing the success of those around her: “It has always been my passion to help the people around me grow and realize their success. When I was introduced to PreSales a decade ago, I found my own success matching my technical skills with sales to help solve problems for people and businesses. As soon as I stepped into my first leadership role, I knew I was where I was supposed to be! I’m so excited for my new role at PSC as it allows my continued journey to empower PreSales professionals toward successful careers and to elevate the profession as a whole.”

Born and raised in the Bay Area, Liz recently made a move to Fresno. She is married and has an adorable two-year-old husky. In her free time, Liz loves immersing herself in the great outdoors, indulging in camping adventures that recharge her spirit. As a self-proclaimed nerd, she finds joy in engaging activities like playing Dungeons & Dragons, exploring board games, and diving into the Star Wars universe.

We warmly welcome Liz to the PSC team and eagerly anticipate the invaluable contributions she will make in empowering success within our community!
