Position Overview
We’re hiring an Account-Based Sales Specialist (ABSS) to create opportunities from scratch, build relationships with digital decision-makers, and close meaningful deals. You’ll have high autonomy, paired with a clear expectation.

You will source, win, and expand engagements valued at $25k+ using an account-based outbound motion tied to real business outcomes.
What You’ll Sell (and Why Clients Buy)
Clients don’t come to WPRiders for “a website.” They come to us when their digital platform is business-critical, and they need a partner who delivers reliably. You’ll sell outcomes across these areas:
- Build and Improve Digital Platforms: High-quality web engineering for scalable, maintainable platforms.
- Stability and Long-Term Ownership: Maintenance, audits, and performance work that protects revenue.
- Integrations and Automation: Connecting websites to CRMs and operations to reduce manual work.
- AI Implementation: Practical AI agents and systems that improve workload and customer experience.

This Role Is for You If...
- You have at least 3 years of experience at a single company selling technical services like software development or integrations.
- You communicate clearly in English and are comfortable leading senior-level video calls.
- You have direct access to digital decision-makers at scaleups or larger companies and can activate it quickly.
- You run account-based outbound with discipline and can explain your approach clearly.
- You ask sharp questions, you're direct, and you don't waste cycles.
- You keep pipeline reporting clean, accurate, and real.
Non-Negotiables
- Self-Sourcing: You will source your own opportunities. We are not hiring someone to wait for inbound.
- Full-Time Exclusivity: You can work full-time and will sign an exclusivity agreement (no side projects or parallel gigs).
- Time Zone Coverage: You can reliably take client meetings across US time zones when needed.
Expectations
- Account-Based Motion: You build and run a relationship-focused motion that creates opportunities from scratch.
- 90-Day Result: You can bring a first client worth at least $25k within your first 3 months through your own efforts.
- Process Control: You run discovery, qualify properly, and lead negotiation/closing for $25k+ engagements.
- Data Accuracy: You maintain a pipeline we can trust through accurate CRM data.

- Run the ABS Motion: Manage the outbound cycle from account selection to stakeholder messaging.
- Start Conversations: Convert the right decision-makers into qualified opportunities.
- Lead Discovery: Qualify quickly and maintain a clear process with next steps.
- Coordinate Offers: Work with the internal team to align scope and pricing.
- Negotiate & Close: Lead the closing process for $25k+ engagements.
- Track Progress: Report weekly KPIs clearly and adjust your strategy based on what works.
