Altura Partners is hiring on behalf a fast-growing cybersecurity scale-up operating in the Cyber Threat Intelligence space.
The company works with large enterprises and public sector organisations to help security teams understand real-world threats, prioritise genuine risk, and act with confidence. Their platform is used by CISOs and threat intelligence teams to cut through noise, integrate multiple intelligence sources, and support strategic security decisions.
Trusted by highly regulated organisations globally and backed by strong funding, this business is scaling its US presence and investing in senior enterprise sales talent. They are not a volume sales organisation and not a point solution. This is complex, consultative selling into serious security teams.
As part of this growth, they are hiring an experienced Account Director to own a strategic enterprise territory across the Central and West Coast regions.
The Role
- Own and grow a defined enterprise territory
- Drive net-new business with large, complex organisations
- Manage the full sales cycle from first conversation through to close
- Sell into senior stakeholders including CISOs and security leadership
- Navigate procurement, legal, and security review processes
- Partner closely with solutions engineering, marketing, and customer success
What They Are Looking For
- Proven experience selling enterprise cybersecurity or complex SaaS solutions
- Track record of closing large, multi-stakeholder deals
- Comfortable running long, consultative sales cycles
- Experience in scale-up or high-growth environments
- Commercial, resilient, and credible with senior buyers
- Based in the Central or Western US with willingness to travel
