ADP Lyric Implementation Consultant

Job Description

We are seeking a skilled ADP Lyric Implementation Consultant for a contract position to lead and execute the implementation of ADP Lyric (Lifion/NextGen) solutions.

​

The ideal candidate will possess extensive knowledge and experience in ADP Lyric systems and demonstrate a successful track record in implementation projects.

​

Responsibilities

​

• Collaborate with clients to understand their business requirements and translate them into ADP Lyric solutions.
• Lead the full lifecycle of implementation processes, including planning, configuration, testing, deployment, and post-implementation support.
• Provide expert guidance on system functionality, best practices, and strategies to optimize the use of ADP Lyric.
• Troubleshoot and resolve any issues that arise during the implementation phase.
• Train client teams and ensure smooth transition and adoption of the new system.
• Maintain documentation of implementation processes and client interactions.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in implementing ADP Lyric (Lifion/NextGen) solutions.
• Strong understanding of HR systems and processes.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience in remote consulting and virtual collaboration.
