Contract Opportunity – iCIMS Implementation Consultant  

Remote | Contract through February 2026  

  

TurnPoint Services—a rapidly growing national platform of 65+ HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and generator brands across the U.S.—is seeking an experienced iCIMS Implementation Consultant (Contract) to lead the build-out and configuration of our brand-specific career sites within the iCIMS ATS.  

  

This is a high-impact contract role where you’ll be responsible for ensuring each of our 65+ brands has a fully functional, branded career page that aligns with TurnPoint’s growth strategy, candidate experience standards, and compliance requirements.  

  

What You’ll Do  

  • Career Page Configuration: Build and configure 65+ brand-specific career pages in iCIMS, ensuring consistent design, navigation, and candidate experience while respecting each brand’s unique identity.  
  • ATS Integration: Ensure all career pages are properly integrated into the iCIMS applicant tracking system, with correct routing, requisition display, and application flow.  
  • Customization & Branding: Partner with Talent Acquisition and Marketing to align each page’s branding, messaging, and layout with brand-specific needs.  
  • System Optimization: Configure workflows, settings, and page structures to improve candidate engagement, recruiter efficiency, and system scalability.  
  • Quality Assurance: Test each page for accuracy, functionality, and compliance with TurnPoint’s standards before go-live.  
  • Project Documentation: Maintain configuration documentation, implementation notes, and user guidance for ongoing support.  
  • Collaboration: Work closely with TA leadership, recruiters, HRIS, and the iCIMS vendor team to ensure a smooth rollout across all brands.  

  

What We’re Looking For  

  • Proven iCIMS Experience: Hands-on configuration and implementation of iCIMS career sites and ATS workflows.  
  • ATS/HR Tech Expertise: Strong understanding of applicant tracking systems, career site integrations, and candidate experience best practices.  
  • Project Management Skills: Ability to manage a large-scale, multi-brand rollout with precision and efficiency.  
  • Technical & Creative Mindset: Balance between system configuration expertise and branding/candidate experience awareness.  
  • Detail-Oriented & Organized: Able to manage 65+ separate implementations while keeping timelines, quality, and consistency intact.  

  

Contract Details  

  • Duration: Contract role through February 2026  
  • Location: Remote (U.S.-based)  
  • Engagement: Independent contractor or agency-supported resource  
  • Timeline: Immediate start, with phased rollout across 65+ brands
