Responsible to manage key projects, rollout new initiatives and implement new and existing Controlled Substance Compliance Program (CSCP) plans. Work in collaboration with CSCP subject matter experts to develop implementation strategy, execute the plan, and monitor program/initiative implementation. Create effective learning solutions for associates designed to meet compliance needs and produce measurable results. Demonstrate the company's core values of respect, honesty, integrity, diversity, inclusion and safety.
