About The Role

We’re looking for our first Director of Channels to build and lead Novee’s partner ecosystem from the ground up.

This is a hands-on, builder leadership role- not a purely strategic position. You will define the channel vision and strategy while personally executing on partner recruitment, enablement, and revenue generation.

As the first hire in this function, you will create the foundation for our channel program, reporting to the VP of Sales and working closely with the AEs, SEs, Marketing, and Leadership to turn partnerships into a scalable and repeatable revenue engine.

This role is ideal for someone who thrives in early-stage environments, understands that channel success requires execution and patience, and enjoys building structure where none exists yet.

Responsibilities

Strategy & Foundation

  • Define and execute Novee’s channel strategy
  • Identify and prioritize the ideal partner profile
  • Build the structure, processes, and KPIs for the channel function

Partner Recruitment & Development

  • Recruit, onboard, and activate new partners (resellers, MSSPs, integrators)
  • Build long-term, trusted relationships with strategic partners
  • Develop partner enablement frameworks and training programs

Revenue & Execution

  • Drive pipeline generation through partners
  • Personally co-sell alongside partners and internal AEs
  • Manage deal registration, attribution, and channel-related conflicts
  • Ensure partners are productive and aligned with sales goals

Cross-Functional Leadership

  • Align closely with the VP of Sales and AE team
  • Collaborate with SEs and Product to support partner-led opportunities
  • Provide ongoing feedback to Marketing and Product based on partner insights
  • Help design incentive models and long-term channel scaling plans

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in B2B SaaS sales, channels, or partnerships
  • Proven hands-on success building or scaling a channel program
  • Experience in cybersecurity, cloud, or enterprise software- strong advantage
  • Ability to both define strategy and execute independently
  • Strong co-selling experience with enterprise sales teams
  • Builder mindset- comfortable operating without established infrastructure
  • Realistic understanding of channel ROI timelines
  • Excellent relationship-building and communication skills
