What You Will Be Doing
- Leading renewal and expansion initiatives from pipeline through contract execution
- Conducting executive business reviews and overseeing escalation management

- Grow enterprise account revenue and retention via disciplined commercial practices, strategic account stewardship, and integrated customer engagement
Basic Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years managing renewals, expansions, or account development within the B2B enterprise software sector
- Demonstrated use of LLMs and other GenAI technologies to optimize operational workflows
- Track record managing enterprise accounts valued at multiple millions of dollars
- Proficiency with CRM platforms and Order-to-Cash (O2C) workflows
- Background serving regulated industry clients (finance, healthcare, or pharma), including compliance-oriented commercial frameworks
- History of leading sales or account management teams in quota-bearing capacities and coaching on deal architecture and negotiation tactics

Working with us
This is a full-time (40 hours per week), long-term position. The position is immediately available and requires entering into an independent contractor agreement with Crossover as a Contractor of Record. The compensation level for this role is $100 USD/hour, which equates to $200,000 USD/year assuming 40 hours per week and 50 weeks per year. The payment period is weekly.
