The Role – Compensation & Benefits
- Lead & develop a multi-state sales team (8 reps across the West & Southwest)
- $160k+ Base + 25% Bonus (Negotiable)
- Profit Sharing (~8% of base), Car Allowance, Full Benefits
- 75%+ field-facing — build credibility by riding shotgun with reps
- Direct visibility with executives + room to influence strategy and footprint

Requirements
- 10+ years sales leadership in distributor-driven industries
- Proven ability to coach, hold accountable, and elevate field reps
- Strong understanding of distribution + contractor channels
- High-energy, culture-driving presence
- Based near a major airport in Northern CA, OR, WA, or ID
- Capable of up to 75% Travel
