Job Description:

• As Director of Sales, you will be responsible for building and leading a sales team. This involves shaping strategy, hiring talent, creating scalable processes, and driving revenue growth.
• It is a hands-on leadership role that requires you to lead, mentor, and grow the sales team, foster a high-performance culture, and build repeatable processes for predictable revenue generation.
• You will also develop strategies to close larger enterprise-level deals, partner with marketing and product leadership, set sales KPIs, implement forecasting, and report performance to the executive team.
