Hiring a Director of Sales – Illinois to lead commercial execution for two fast-growing cannabis brands: Vapin Ape and Enliven.

This role owns the Illinois market end-to-end. Illinois cannabis is relationship-driven, so we’re looking for a senior sales leader with strong buyer credibility, deep dispensary relationships, and experience scaling brands in a regulated market.

What You’ll Do

  • Own Illinois sales strategy and revenue targets across both brands
  • Manage key MSO and independent dispensary relationships
  • Lead and develop the Illinois sales team
  • Partner cross-functionally on launches, promotions, and sell-through

What We’re Looking For

  • Illinois resident
  • 3+ years in the Illinois cannabis market
  • Proven dispensary & buyer relationships
  • Prior sales team leadership experience
  • Self-starter who thrives in high-growth environments
