Hiring a Director of Sales – Illinois to lead commercial execution for two fast-growing cannabis brands: Vapin Ape and Enliven.
This role owns the Illinois market end-to-end. Illinois cannabis is relationship-driven, so we’re looking for a senior sales leader with strong buyer credibility, deep dispensary relationships, and experience scaling brands in a regulated market.
What You’ll Do
- Own Illinois sales strategy and revenue targets across both brands
- Manage key MSO and independent dispensary relationships
- Lead and develop the Illinois sales team
- Partner cross-functionally on launches, promotions, and sell-through
What We’re Looking For
- Illinois resident
- 3+ years in the Illinois cannabis market
- Proven dispensary & buyer relationships
- Prior sales team leadership experience
- Self-starter who thrives in high-growth environments
