TWG is a Retained Executive Search Firm representing a growing Healthcare Company.

They are seeking an experienced Director of Sales Enablement. This position will lead and scale enablement initiatives across the organization. The role is instrumental in equipping the sales teams with the tools, training, and resources needed to drive revenue growth and improve sales effectiveness.

The ideal candidate will bring deep experience in sales enablement within the healthcare industry (or relevant industries) and a strong understanding of sales operations.

This role can work remotely w/ travel.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive sales enablement strategy aligned with business goals.
  • Design and deliver onboarding and continuous training programs for sales teams.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, and Operations to ensure alignment of messaging, tools, and processes.
  • Create and maintain a library of sales content, playbooks, and competitive intelligence.
  • Implement and manage sales enablement technologies and tools.
  • Analyze sales performance data to identify gaps and opportunities for improvement.
  • Support change management initiatives and drive adoption of new processes and tools.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required.
  • Enablement Leadership: 5-7 years leading enablement programs, field/sales training, or GTM strategy, preferably at the director level or above
  • Proven experience in the healthcare industry is required.
  • Background in sales and/or sales operations is highly preferred.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication, project management, and analytical skills.
  • Proficiency with CRM and sales enablement platforms (e.g., Salesforce, Highspot, Seismic).
