Director, ISO Sales (Hunter | Build & Scale)

Partnered with a fast-growing, profitable payments platform that is doubling down on its ISO channel as a primary growth engine. This is a true hunter role for someone who can open doors, close strategic ISO partnerships, and lay the foundation for a scalable channel organization.

You will be brought in to win, not inherit. The expectation is to create momentum through new ISO signings, structured partnerships, and repeatable playbooks. As the channel scales, this role has a clear path to building and leading a team.

What you'll do

  • Hunt, source, and close new ISO partnerships across targeted verticals
  • Own ISO strategy from first conversation through signed agreement and revenue activation
  • Build a repeatable outbound motion for high-quality ISO acquisition
  • Structure partnerships that drive long-term processing volume
  • Influence pricing, residual models, and go-to-market strategy with leadership
  • Partner internally with underwriting, risk, product, and operations to ensure clean launches
  • Identify when scale justifies headcount and help design the future ISO sales org
  • Serve as the face of the platform to ISO principals and senior leadership

  • Strong understanding of pricing, residuals, and risk alignment
  • Comfortable operating autonomously with executive visibility
  • Motivated by building something, not stepping into a finished machine
